Yummy fried chicken! We ordered fried chicken only and sauce on the side. Frying was done to a perfect level. Breading was super thin and crispy, and I noticed a little bit of spicy kick to it which was amazing. Highly recommend!
Ordered a small, boneless, garlic soy chicken. Love how juicy and tender it is, and that the chicken isn’t soaked with sauces that you can’t taste the flavour of the chicken itself. Only wished that the batter of the chicken is more crispy/crunchy. Not sure if it only lost the “crunch” because of the sauces on the outside. Love the waitress though! She was upbeat and friendly even at 9pm on a Wednesday!
The staff were kind, and the chicken was very delicious. My children liked seasoned rice cake skewers. If I didn't have to drive, I'd like to drink draft beer. Above all, the restaurant is clean. It was nice to eat a new combination of chicken. I'm going to visit there again.
Heard positive reviews about this newer eatery and their Korean chicken, and it didn't disappoint. The rice cake skewers had a glutinous texture and kick with its garlic spicy sauce. For those who can't tolerate spice, you'll want to ask for a glass of water on hand! Had their Bacon Spinach and Lemon Green Onion chicken. Both were very flavourful, and the chicken fairly tender and moist we ordered boneless. The Bacon Spinach included tomatoes and onions as a topping, adding a unique flavour profile. For 2 people, 1 order of chicken and 1 size is likely not enough for dinner if you're hungry, but with 2 orders of chicken we ended up with leftovers. We'd be interested in trying their dine-in only combo plates in the future for some more variety! There are photos of some CM Chicken dishes on one wall, but unfortunately, many of these are not yet? available at this location. Reasonably priced.
Really enjoyed the taste and texture of their chicken. Service was awesome, reasonably sized portion and very friendly and observant guys. I wish them the best and hope they can expand into Alberta one day.
I ordered hot snow onion chicken and spicy chicken. Both are incredibly good with top notch sauces. Also I heard that they will add some korean cuisine on their menu soon. Relatively quite when I visited ~7pm but I think this place is going to be very busy soon or later. One of the late night destinations in metrotown area worth visiting.
This fried chicken restaurant has a 4.9 star on google review! Of course I must come and try it!! My husband and I ordered half order of the original bonelsss fried chicken, fish cake soup and spicy fish cake. All of them tasted excellent especially the fried chicken was VERY crispy outside and VERY juicy inside!!! My goodness. I was addicted to it!!! I would love to go back and try other flavours of the fried chicken! The fish cake soup tasted great with lots of ingredients. The spicy fish cake was very very spicy even though I asked for mild. I had to drink a lot of water lol but I still felt the spicy fish cake was so good!!! The restaurant was very busy and they got many takeout orders as well. I hope they will continue to be busy and run well. One thing they could improve was their menus. Not sure if the restaurant is still new testing the market. The menus were printed on paper. Some of them were already broken or ripped off. They didn’t look good or professional. The restaurant might print proper menus in the near future?
Came here for dinner at 11pm on a Friday night. Unfortunately we did not take pictures because we were too hungry. I love that they’re open late - we need more late night good food options! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic. The breading on the chicken was not overly done some places have too much breading, and the chicken did not feel too greasy or heavy despite being fried. The chicken was tender and moist. The snow sauce was yummy! Price was also reasonable. I think this place has risen to become my fav Korean fried chicken place in Vancouver. I would come back again to try other items on the menu.
Miss these crispy, juicy and tasty chicken every week :
It tastes the same as the cm chicken I had in Korea. Finally, I can eat real Korean chicken in Vancouver. Great price and quantity
