Calling this place trash would be an understatement. Service is stupidly slow. Food is mediocre and over-priced. Atmosphere was non-existent. Save your money people and eat literally anywhere else. Keep in mind, I only ordered from the burger/slider/poutine section. The other sections may be decent. I'll never know though.Food: 1/5
The burgers were so good I don't know about these other reviews maybe the cook was bad but it was a middle aged African lady cooking this time and the burgers and fries they were so good. She was also really nice giving me an extra plate to put my ketchup in for dipping. It's slightly expensive but all airport food isFood: 5/5
Brutal service. Time them from when your order was paid to the time that they crack your eggs to fry them. Your coffee will get cold while your wait. Place by gate 12 isn't great but much better than this dump.Food: 3/5
Just ok airport food. I had THE STUFFER - a hotdog with bacon, cheese, spring onions, and sauce - it was surprisingly alright but it will set you back 13 dollars. Great place if you don’t mind the quality and just want more hangover food. Service could do with some improvements.
Horrible. Overpriced and small portions. I don't need duck confit on an unseasoned, overcooked burger, it drives up the cost.
Of the restaurants in terminal 3 - cluny Grille is the worst option. The poutine is made with cheap frozen fries and cheese - not authentic or really much good.
Total rip off. Here's a couple photo of the 15$ quesadilla.
Rubbish. Ultra limited menu. Poor service. Ugh, Still the best place in Pearson airport. The sliders do at least taste good. L
Already overpriced for the quality and portion of the food but even more, one of the employees handed me my 2 sliders with fries and the manager whispered "you gave her way too many fries". It was a regular portion of fries but it seems they want to be very cheap with their resources. Reflects badly on the brand image, given that people at paying + 17$ for this meal. The sliders are advertised as Kobe beef, but they were some of the driest patties I ever had! Service is otherwise friendly. 4 people behind the counter serving 1 person at time tho.
The worst meal i had at any airpot thus far. McDonald’s is at least 4 times better. Overpriced. Poor choice and quality of ingredients. How did this place get chosen for an international airport? The staff were friendly. I would not recommend this restaurant even at 6 dollars per meal let alone 15. They forced me to have left over food from how horrible it is.
