Dear Mrs./ Mr., I want a refund for the part of the ticket price + inssurance, because of 2 major things: -I payed for 2 luggages, but i was able to use only one luggage after Jonathan changed for the new ticket for the return Beirut to Montreal ...CAD From December 28th until 30th December 2021 -I bought an insurrance for my plane ticket, but last year the ticket wasn't used for assurance when my plane was canceled. I did most of the call to arrange the flight instead of the agent/assurance. I called myself the agency MEA to changed the ticket, the agent did nothing and confused 105.34 CAD From December 28th until 30th December 2021 This is disrespectful from the Jonathan Thibault service at travel agency Club Voyages Longueuil/ Saint-Lambert. The worst agency I ever collaborated. I can send you proofs by emails. My ticket was booked 18 Novembre 2020.
