Had an appointment for my baby’s vaccination. Everything was smooth from parking to receptionist to the clinician who administered the vaccine. She was quick and efficient but at the same time was gentle, friendly and polite. She gave us all the information that was needed and answered all our queries kindly.

Came for an blood test , was late of 15 min but i was in the waiting room with a number. They didn’t want to take me. I drove an hour away for this appointment.

I don't review much but!!!nI think this place should be upgraded ...and the ppl working there would be much happier ...when ppl are happy better service.nCLSC Bourassa is much cleaner more inviting more positive .something should be done.

Worse service ever. Forgot my blood test paper, receptionist said no problem I could email it to her. After waiting 30 minutes I had to ask myself if she received and printed it, told me I had to wait another 20 mins for the other receptionist to return from her break in order to print as she has the access only. Do not waste your time here will not recommend. Very slow and poor communication.

Blood test, Not polite staff, not even willing to answer simple question from patient. The approach “next…, next..”. Will not do blood test here any more.
