great park for a picnic, spray park for kids no pets allowed in spray park. excellent space to visit on sunny days.

Great park. There is a spray park and an outhouse here. The park is always clean and has the softer black pad that is easier on falls than concrete.

Over the years I have had many clients who have re-located to Cloverdale, and they have sent me nothing but great feedback. This mature community has plenty to offer to it's residents. I always enjoy helping people find their new home in the community.

Wonderful facilities, beautiful surroundings and the play grounds are top notch.

My cousin got married here so for sentimental reasons alone.   Quaint facility in a beautiful park!

Very quiet community, not sure what the impact will be after LRT comes
