I have been going to this dentist for almost 30 years. Friendly, great work, awesome staff. I don't live in the area and I travel 90 minutes to get there. Getting to be a patient can be difficult unless you know someone who goes there.

Just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new dentist and this one seemed to have favorable reviews, so I thought I would check it out. I used their "Ask us a Question" form on their homepage to give my details and inquire about making an appointment for a cleaning. I got an automated email back saying they would be in contact, but after a week I still hadn't received a reply. Following that I was out for a walk around the block and thought I would stop in to ask about becoming a patient and making an appointment. I rang the outside buzzer and asked if I had an appointment. I stated that I didn't, but was hoping to inquire about becoming a patient and to make an appointment. They asked who had referred me (I said I just moved in and didn't have a personal referral), then stated that I would have to apply to a wait list. I said that was great - I am not in a hurry. Then they said that I couldn't do it in person, but that I would have to call in. I said that was just fine and left. I immediately looked up their phone number and called, but only got an answering machine. I called back 3 more times over the course of the day before finally getting through, but was told that I would have to talk to their "New Patient Coordinator". Apparently she wasn't in that day, but they would take my details and get right back to me. I left my name and phone number, but it has now been another week and I have not heard back. Despite the great reviews for the dentistry at this business, the customer service was horrendous and I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I am a small business owner and love to try to support local businesses in my community, but I would recommend going somewhere else, because a business that treats people like this doesn't deserve to be a part of the community.

I had a crown come off a back tooth, and it was quite uncomfortable. My usual dentist was closed and I called the Dental Clinic for help. They said they do not accept new patients without referrals - "So if you have a friend that comes here...." Ridiculous.

I called today inquiring about a cleaning and pricing as I have never been to this practise before and the receptionist had asked me how I heard about the clinic and I replied, "through an internet search" and she had told me they don't accept new patients unless they are referred by existing clients? so basically you don't want my business I thought to myself? I've never encountered such a thing before...I quickly just replied "ok then" as I was pretty out off by that response, and without hesitation or further explanation she just said "OK", she wasn't too worried by it, so I ended the call. Pretty poor business ethics.

Seriously, if you are looking for the best Dentist, with the best support staff, then you don't need to go anywhere else. I travel a long way just to have them work on my teeth and I have never come away disappointed. They specialize in going the extra mile and making sure you are satisfied with their work. I can honestly say it is a privilege to recommend them to any and all people. They succeed in offering the best professional care, exceptionally courteous service (seriously), efficient and modern techniques, and thorough and thoughtful follow-up. Do you get the idea I recommend them highly?!! You won't be disappointed.
