Dr. Larry Lu is an amazing dentist who is always very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains all procedures prior to starting any procedure. Not only is he extremely personable and gentle, he is also professional and honest at the same time. I've never heard him suggesting unnecessary dental work to benefit his pocketbook. Dr. Lu may have slight accent speaking English but I never have trouble understand him. He genuinely cares about his patients and has taken care of my family for a number of years. The clinic is not big but very clean and professional looking. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, especially efficiently handle all our dental insurance claims without any issues. If you are looking for a fantastic dentist, call this office!

Wow, my experience with Dr. Larry Lu and BigSmiles Dental Care has been great! Short wait time and very efficient front desk staff. There is never an issue with my insurance as they always check the procedures beforehand and they bill insurance directly. Dr. Lu is very professional and knowledgeable in all types of dentistry. He is also easy to talk to and always takes time to explain a few little issues I have and always offers affordable treatment options. Overall, Dr. Lu and his team work with you on every aspect. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lu is a great dentist and a pleasure to deal with. I've been his patient for around two years now and I can positively say there is not a better dentist I could hope for. He knows what he is doing and he CARES for his patients. He makes sure whatever solution he is suggesting is the best for you. If that wasn't enough, his staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with dental insurance. Highly recommend!

Update: After reading your response I realize now you lie online as well. You folks didn't fill out paperwork and now are trying to blame others yet again. This has gone from an online review to me now Sharing this review and response with my friends on social media. I will be asking them all to share and to not use your clinic. What a joke. An apology would of been a much better response instead of excuses. That's all you folks seem to be good ya. Can't fill out insurance papers, can't freeze a mouth, can't extract a tooth properly. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. They were so unprofessional and acted like they didn't know what they were doing from the start. Didn't know how to deal with the insurance company, wanted me to pay up front and then pay me back once my insurance claim was approved. Made mistakes on their paperwork with the insurance company multiple times then would call harassing me while I was at work to deal with their mistakes. Both times I called the called the insurance company they informed me that this is the most basic of information the dentist was not filling out. The dentist didn't wait until I was fully frozen before extracting my tooth either. All in all the worst dental experience I've ever had. I'm not even finished my current dental procedure and have decided to switch dentists to complete what I need done because this place was so bad. I know there are many positive reviews for this place but I was treated with so much disrespect and rudeness. I actually had to tell these people to stop calling me at work and do their jobs properly or I would charge them with harassment. My claim was accepted with no issues once they decided to fill out paperwork properly. Something that should of taken two weeks took two months. This place is a joke

I found Dr. Larry Lu by chance (thankfully). My front tooth cracked and I needed it fixed that morning. Not only was Dr. Lu able to fix my front tooth, he was able to make me feel comfortable enough to discuss fixing all of the neglected dental work I really needed. I had gone years with a terrible smile and feeling uncomfortable smiling around new people. Dr. Larry Lu has always been supportive, even when I thought I couldn't handle the embarrassment, and I do feel he genuinely cares about making his patients smile look their best. He has staffed his office with the very best. They all are great and Nancy, who runs the front office, has held my hand through every insurance question and given me advice about what I could afford to do next. I've never had problems reaching anyone at the office or setting appointments to fit into my schedule. I am not an easy patient, I'm sure Dr. Lu would agree, but he has earned my trust and my business. I still have some more dental work to get done and I really couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend him without a second thought.
