I’ve been coming to Clore Beauty since moving to Canada from the U.S., and while hair supplies are definitely more expensive in Canada generally , the customer service at this store makes it worth it.nnBig shoutout to Janae, she absolutely nailed the customer experience. I came in hoping to find a wig I had ordered on Amazon which I was hoping to cancel if they had itshipping in Canada takes forever compared to the U.S., and even though they didn’t have the exact one, Janae helped me find an amazing alternative. I didn’t leave empty-handed, she understood what I wanted was the wig style not necessarily the wig itself and she made sure I got that.nnShe managed multiple customers at once without making anyone feel rushed. And instead of just saying a color was out of stock, she brought out everything they had so I could feel the textures and make the best choice.nnAs someone who does client experience for a living for decades , I was seriously impressed. 10/10 across the board.
Maya was so sweet.nI had such a great experience at this beauty supplement store! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything is very reasonably priced, which makes it easy to stock up on all your essentials without breaking the bank. The store is also clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Clore Beauty Mississauga!nnOkay, so I'm a complete newbie when it comes to braids, and honestly, stepping into that world felt a little overwhelming. But from the moment I walked into Clore Beauty Mississauga, my entire experience was just incredible! The store itself is super well-organized, and they've got an amazing selection, but what truly blew me away was the staff – especially Assana.nnSeriously, Assana was an absolute lifesaver! She was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. She took all the time in the world to walk me through every single hair option, explaining what would work best for boho braids. I had a million questions swirling in my head, and she answered every last one with a genuine smile, making sure I felt totally comfortable and confident with my choices. She literally took all the guesswork out of it for me, which was a huge relief!nnThanks to Assana's expert guidance, I ended up with exactly what I needed, and I genuinely couldn't be happier with my new look. If you're new to braids, or really, if you're just looking for a fantastic beauty supply store with super knowledgeable and friendly folks, I can't recommend Clore Beauty Mississauga enough. And, do yourself a favor and ask for Assana – she's an absolute gem!
Janae was so pleasant, warm, very educated on what I needed. She knew I was on a budget, so she carefully show me products that was in my price range. And made sure to tell me, the benefits on each product I chose. Her smile was very attractive and inviting. You need more associates like her, she was able to take her time and made sure I was comfortable you need to give her a raise she deserves it. It was a very memorable experience I will definitely come back, and let my friends and family come here again.
