If I could give a zero, I would. There is no concern for the patient at all. I made an appointment because of severe sinus pain which usually means infection or impacted sinuses for me. When I arrived I was told to pay $80. I explained that I didn’t have $80 that day because I didn’t get my paycheck until that afternoon but a lady in billing said I could make payments. I don’t have insurance so I spoke with the billing department some time ago & was told that as long as I made payments & remained current that I could keep making appointments. I had just made a $400 payment a week before to clear my current balance & pre-pay for a stress test. The desk clerk told me I had to pay the $80 or reschedule the appointment. I explained that I was in a lot of pain because of a sinus infection, repeated what the billing department had said & she told me I either had to pay now, reschedule the appointment for next week or leave!

Absolutely incompetent! Prescription was supposedly sent at 9am and again at 1100am to the pharmacy. Pharmacy did not receive it. 2 people failed in their jobs! Had to call office for a 3rd time to get script sent. Lied to me and said it was sent at12:30. When something this simple can't be completed something is wrong. Have zero faith in the diagnosis now because of ineptness.

My family sees Dr Weber and Thelen, we really like these doctors! super helpful and thorough, each time we see them we feel reassured with our concerns. The staff has always been very helpful also, called me back when I needed info and didn't have time to hold on the phone, checking networks for doctors to my insurance, and polite!

Terrible the way they take 90 minutes to see you and 5 days to answer to a called in message! And then they refuse to do things such as order an MRI. They lie to you for weeks saying the insurance won't allow it. Then they finally tell you they are not ordering because they want you to do what they want first. I am telling you being 54 years old I have had plenty of MRI's ordered without a problem~! And the Dr. Thelen that came in to talk to us was a complete disrespectful jerk. He can take his smart mouth and little wave of his hand like we can go up his hinny. This place is not worth the headaches. They never get my prescriptions sent to pharmacy right either. Dr. Messenger is even worse so just made our new Dr. appts elsewhere.
