The doctors here treat our family very well, and are so kind. Same with the technicians and receptionists! If our children become sick suddenly, they have always gotten us in the same day. And if we need extra testing such as xray or an ultrasound, they do them in-office! Recommended.

Do not go here! This office is a mismanaged mess, and they overcharge you. Also, they do not do refills over the phone nor will they do refills unless make an appointment specifically for refills. Believe it or not, Dr. Thelen disallows you to discuss anything with him at this appointments also. If you want to discuss another medical issue, you have to make another appointment. This is all so they can charge your insurance company for as many visits as possible. And it makes you have to go to a lot of unnecessary appointments. Plus the referral process is a scam as well. I needed a colonoscopy and this office sent me to a pediatrician who does colonoscopies on the side for extra money. Why did they refer me to this guy? Because the two offices located right next to each other and the doctors are buddies. As stated, please be forewarned and DO NOT GO HERE.
