Clinique Medicale Desy

Just had an appointment here, the clinic looks good and new. I got a nurse that didn’t speak English however she wasn’t rude with me speaking in English which I appreciated, we made it work. Then I got a doctor super good looking, that was able to speak with me in English, and got me the tests I needed to take to understand what is issue I have. Overall a great experience. There’s parking all around. But you still will have to look a bit.

I am an immigrant and there is a problem with the language, at the reception the girl was pleasant and communicated respectfully and patiently. Also, the woman who measured the pressure was also pleasant. But the main doctor man treated me like a stupid person, yes, I do not know all the medical terms in English and I had to use a translator, the doctor was very dissatisfied and impatient, he could hardly ask for a referral for an uson, after which he did not want to listen to anything else I would say, he began to leave and after he went out the door he expressed his negative. I was very upset by the visit to this clinic, I felt humiliated.

I went there 2 days ago and my experience was very nice and smooth. The receptionist at the front desk might not be all smiles but she’s not that bad, the clinic is large, very clean and the nurse and doctor were very nice! Someone even called me before my appointment because they had to change my appointment time the doctor was sick and she was also very nice as well! It’s a good place with good staff! I will go back there again if I need to!

Excellent service. Doctors are amazing and the secretaries are just as amazing. Service was impeccable. Appointments are respected and no long waiting times. Dr Rousseau great & patient dr. Does not try to push you out right away from his room with Christine is a whiz you speak to her or you call her and your problems are solved instantly.

Amazing service! Love Dr. Rousseau. He is a true professional, patient, punctual, informative and understanding. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Christine the receptionist was warm, welcoming, efficient and attentive. I would recommend Clinique Medicale Desy.
