Clinique Médicale Du Côteau

My doctor is excellent and provides quality service. However, when I call to make my appointment, the secretary is stupid and almost arrogant. I should point out that I always do my best to be polite and courteous on the phone, but I admit that being answered like that is very average... There should be a little more monitoring of call recordings.

I am very disappointed with this clinic. The staff seems overwhelmed, no one takes the time to listen to patients, and the consultation was rushed. There was no clear explanation regarding my condition.

A big thank you to Dr. Gamache for saving my baby. I was monitored for my pregnancy at the Clinique du Coteau, very good service.

The doctor saw me and sent me for an X-ray. Five days later, no response. I called back, and the secretary isn't doing anything to get the results; she simply doesn't care. Very bad service. Don't go to this clinic. No compassion for patients; they're only there for the money. Karma will catch up with those awful secretaries.

The clinic refused to take me on as a patient despite my history of early pregnancy bleeding. They wouldn't see me even though I was bleeding. At my first appointment, they noticed my blood test results had dropped, so they didn't open my file. I only had a follow-up appointment after my ultrasound to confirm the miscarriage and close my file. I had to manage everything on my own. I will never go back to that clinic.
