Was apprehensive going in for a surgical abortion due to the mixed reviews but wow, was I ever impressed with the service and care. Clear and compassionate, all female staff from the moment you walk in- with the receptionist, to the consultation nurse to the nurses and doctor before, during and after the procedure. I felt very well taken care of and well respected. I also really appreciate how every staff member explained to me the steps involved so I was always ready and aware of what was happening and what to expect. Oh yeah, and nice personalized/stylized decor all while maintaining a clean and medical environment. Thank you ladies!

The clinic provided, overall, a good service. But the reason why you are visiting this clinic in the first place is difficult  because of the choice you have to make. When I got into the office of the nurse who explains the process to you , I got a bad feeling. Clearly this woman lacks empathy and is over her job. She will TEXT in your face and play with her phone while explaining the procedure to you. In other words, she really doesn’t care about you. Although the other employees there were great, she plays such an important role in the process that she made everything feel very uncomfortable. I saw other reviews saying the same. The decision you are making is very hard and important, if you want to feel seeing and heard, make yourself a favor and call another clinic.

I came here for an IUD replacement and had a great experience as much as you can have for such a thing.... Receptionist & doctor were both really nice, the appointment was on time and I was out of there within 30mins! I was so nervous for the appointment and the doctor guided me through the whole thing with so much kindness. So grateful.

The lady on the phone was pretty clear about clinic services; only abortions and stérilet induction nothing else cut to the chase and cold tone. Be aware that you have to bring it with you since they do NOT provide it either. I was calling since within the services apparently offered a gynecology test was one of them but not anymore — it'll be helpful to UPDATE their page/ services list. Also, I'm sure an empathetic voice would be much appreciate especially for those who called to have a particular information for this kind of  interventions — you're not selling shoes lady!

I got a copper iud inserted today, and I was pretty nervous since I had never been to this clinic and didn't know the doctor but the environment is superb; very clean, modern and soothing; the receptionist was super sweet and Genevieve, the doctor who inserted my IUD was so reassuring, experienced, and calm! The procedure went great and I'm really happy I chose this clinic!

Sad to see that after being a patient of my dr's for 20+ years I was not even told she retired. Try to get an appointment and told they don't even offer the services anymore and simply referred to call 811! Extremely disappointing; as are all the negative comments regarding the clinic below.

Very rude staff, no one should be treated this way. When someone is going through something they should learn how to give a good service. No one answers the phone and you can not get an appointment at the location.  - Just to be clear I DID go to the clinic. Plus I’m not the only one who experience this from this clinic

Worse iud insertion experience ever with doctor shelly xiao lei jiang. I have fainted right after the procedure and felt severe lower ab pain since the insertion.  Even worse experience with the hispanic secretary who did not want to reschedule an appointment with the same doctor for my pain i was having since the insertion of my iud nor put me in contact with the doctor so I could get a check saying they don't give second appointment. Even the hospital found it weird.  I am at emergency doing test and waiting for a gynecologist to remove my iud.  I had the same iud before and never felt such pain and symptoms.

My husband had his vasectomy here two weeks ago and he says it went smoothly. The dr was very friendly, outgoing and knowledgable. This clinic would've gotten a 5 star rating if it had not been for a hiccup that we encountered with the secretaries prior to the procedure on that day.  All and all the procedure was painless and pretty quick. My husband has healed nicely. Thank you Dr Nelisse.
