Clinique dentaire Prieur & Benko

Was customer since 2012, had only positive experience before. Lately it is all about money and doubtful service. Came for cavity filling for my 4 years old. Benko tried to freeze him twice with no success, my little took 3 shots in gums with no result. Finally they told me we need to reschedule and put temporary filling because even if freezing will work, there is no time left to put filling. They gave me appointment 1.5 month away... Said it was not their fault it didn't freeze and that they are really busy a long time ahead to reschedule. Offered another doctor earlier but I didn't want to change doctor since little kid is just started not to be scared of procedure. Got a call 2 weeks later saying they have available time. When I showed up there was another dentist. They said it was not obvious for them I wanted my regular dentist despite me repeating it many times before and booking appointment with my dentist. Needless to say this dentist caused a lot of pain to my little one and my boy refused the procedure. Another time off work and another 4th tooth freezing and my boys cavity is still not fixed.

Really disappointing, I've gone there a few times, amazing staff. However when my boyfriend had some teeth that needed to be pulled Dr Benko pulled the wrong tooth of the three spoken about, leaving him in double the pain for an extra 4 days before he could get the tooth that was actually causing him pain pulled out. That's not even the problem, it was a misunderstanding between them, when we left after having the "right" tooth pulled we we talking about the implants we would be putting in their place and the other tooth that needed to be pulled. Now in another emergent situation for the third tooth that was talked about being pulled, Dr Benko refused service, leaving both myself and my boyfriend confused, upset and in a very difficult spot. His reasoning unclear. All appointments prior were paid in full without any insurance on our part so this all seems fishy to me.

I strongly recommend to everyone Dr. Benko. He is very professional and friendly. All the staff are very polite and respectful. It is the best dentist place ever !

Dr. Benko literally saved my teeth. The staff is always friendly. I recommend him to everyone I know.
