Never had a problem with the staff or specialists here. But I was given an appointment through GAMF at Azur in St Lambert with Dr. Natalie Pilote. Worst experience of my life. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Rude, dismissive, didn’t listen to me or let me talk. Told me I was wasting paper asking for an MRI referral for a knee so painful I couldn’t walk. I’d rather be in pain that ever see her again.
Zero stars if that is possible. I called Saturday August 10, 2024 @12:30. And the receptionist was not helpful and doesn’t even want to understand the issue. The worst is that she cut off my sentence and “si il y a aucun problème, merci au revoir” and hung up on me. Talk about customer service! If you don’t like your job you can switch jobs and no need to be rude and blast on others.

Dr Larrivee is a great doctor and he helped my partner recover well after a workplace accident that resulted in broken bones and surgery. He was always courteous and easy to talk to. 10/10 doctor.nnAt my partner's final appointment he told him to call in a month to ask about getting a final report that had to be made to calculate his indemnity for permanent injury.nnWhen he called the clinic today, much more than a month after the final appointment, the woman who answered the phone was immediately rude and unhelpful. She was very condescending, telling my partner that he didn't understand the system and that CNNEST forms were 'not her responsibility'. He was only doing exactly what the doctor had told him to do.nnHe had to call the CNESST to confirm if they have received such a report and ask for a copy.nnMy partner went through a lot with his work place accident. Surgery, months of appointments, phone calls, submitting forms, dealing with bureaucracy... all tasks on top of his physical recovery from the accident. It is hurtful to see people care so little for people who are doing their best navigating through hard times and complex systems.
I was online at 6:45 am and I got an appointment for 2:45 pm on a Saturday. At 4:00 pm I was out, which I found very good for the general waiting time around Montreal. Dr. Jackson is one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen; he listened to me, took the time to put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. The nurse who saw me before was also very pleasant. It was a great experience overall.
