The clinic is VERY convenient but parking is horrendous. Today the disability parking had a car with no disability ticket parked in the space and over the line of the other space. In the main parking lot, a car took up two spaces. There was a car running in the drop off blocking cars from letting their passengers out. Back to the disability parking, my sister had to walk with her walker to get to the car as more cars were sitting at the drop off. The disability parking is not close to the front door. When I backed out of the disability parking 5 cars were waiting on Taschereau, waiting to enter. Someone allowed me to reverse and get out. Cars inside, were going around trying to find parking. The young man in charge of the parking seemed at a loss as what to do. The older man who is more organized and doesn't hide in the little booth has not been working recently. Again, the clinic is convenient but be prepared for parking, especially the early morning appointments.
Something unpleasant happened today.nnMy previous medication had run out, so I went back to see the same doctor to get a renewal. The doctor had previously told me that I could come back for a follow-up appointment to renew the prescription.nnHowever, the receptionist told us repeatedly that we had to call 811 to make an appointment. I explained that my foot was in a lot of pain and that I urgently needed the medication, but after several attempts to explain the situation, there was no progress. The receptionist only kept repeating the same sentence: that we must call 811.nnLater, we asked to speak to her manager. During the conversation with the manager, the receptionist suddenly said that it was possible to book an appointment for tomorrow.nnThis significant difference in response before and after involving the manager shocked us. It made us wonder whether some issues can only be resolved by going through a manager.
I was worried to have a bad experience in this clinic because of all the bad reviews, but surprisingly everything went pretty smoothly.nI managed to get an appointment on the same day at 11:40am via Bonjour Santé and I waited for around 45min after making an appointment. The doctor was very professional and patient to explain the details to me and answered my questions. I can also get a scan quickly in the same location, and done within 20min.nTips: to avoid paying for the parking of the building, park on the residential street limit of 120min
Avoid this place at all cost if you can, the receptionists are just talking to eachother when theres a lineup and i ended up going there for nothing because apparently i didnt have an appointment which i DID have one. Also theres no parking, not even the hospitals parking lot had any space.
On line booking appointment is not workingnI am very sick I try to go for emergency clinic they refused to give appointment because I have family dr and I can’t access to take appointment with my family dr .
