It was my first time visiting today to get my eyebrows threaded. I am very happy with the outcome, she did a great job at giving them just the right shape. A calm and relaxing salon. You can get your eyebrows threaded without an appointment, they took me right away. It was quick, easy, and very affordable! A place I will definitely be returning to and recommending to others.

Overall: nice staff and clean service but I'm not sure I'll be back. Booking an appointment was super easy and the price was reasonable beware that the prices advertised on the website are apparently outdated, I paid almost $10 more than expected for my waxing. The salon seemed very clean, they clearly have a high standard for hygiene, and my appointment was very quick. It was my first time and the lady was nice about it, but she didn't explain much and made me nervous by telling me repeatedly how much more it would hurt because I normally shave. The biggest downside is that she used soft wax instead of hard wax on an extremely sensitive area and did not give me a chance to ask for hard wax instead, which does not seem to be the norm or what is recommended by other women, and she did not do any tweezing. Now that I am home, I have found lots of stray hairs that are definitely long enough to have been waxed and they are mostly on one side, so I'm disappointed that I have to go through lots of painful tweezing to clean up the area myself and make it even. I suppose this is a case of getting what you are willing to pay for.

Went in 25 minutes before close to get my eyebrows threaded and was told they were too busy to take me. There was only one client currently getting her eyebrows threaded. No one else was waiting or in the salon. I asked if I had to make a reservation and I was told they don't make any for eyebrow threading. Basically I was refused when I walked in but they do not take appointments. I have been there before and the work is very good and efficient but I was very disappointed that I was refused a five minute service despite being there well before close. Not sure I'll make the effort to ago again. Would strongly suggest calling to see if they'll take you, even though they make no appointments.

The only place I'll go for threading and waxing! The women who work here are so sweet and are great at what they do! I normally have to do a tiny bit of touchup after waxing but nothing that takes more than a few minutes with a pair of tweezers. So glad I found this salon! Inexpensive and great service :

I went for full leg wax. The lady took me in right away even without an appointment, which was great. The waxing was so fast she was just pulling rudely. Often the strip wouldnt come completely off because she wasn’t using her second hand to hold. I got bruised and some skin missing in spots. My skin is fair I do bruise easily but it’s the first time I encounter that when waxing. I would AVOID this place for waxing. Eyebrow and pedicure went couple of times and I have nothing bad against those services. I’m writing this review because it has been 4 days and I still see my legs in the same état.

I’m a regular. No nonsense, friendly, actually very quaint place. Super nice helpful people and I mean... for the price eyebrows, how can you go wrong. Wish you were open Sundays but at the same time, I appreciate knowing you value your time off for you and your staff.

Probably the only place that does threading that I know of in Griffintown. Lots of other services too. Nice cute place with descent prices and good service.

I used to like to go there at the beginning for my eyebrows, but now, the wait time is terrible...every time. Last time she was so in the rush it hurted me so bad. I don’t know, I feel like. they try to cut the staff cost to a minimum usually just one girl but it’s the customer who end up paying for it by a lower service level & increasing wait time.
