Climate City Brewing Company

The atmosphere here is awesome and the wait staff are so nice, I felt the comfort of being a regular customer even though it was my first visit. The food was very good and the beer was some of the best I've had all year. I will definitely be going there again.

We walked in Climate City at 4:28pm, I remember because I text someone right when I walked in, and I looked at the time. After grabbing a table, at 4:45 I finally decided to grab my own menus, after not being so much as even LOOKED at for 17 minutes of sitting there. My friend wanted to leave about 10 minutes in, but I wanted to give them a chance. Lord I wish I would've listened to him...it got SO much worse. First off, the bartender was out of the beer we wanted, and now AFTER ordering, I’m sitting at my table here, at 5:15, with no food and a water that never got refilled even once. At this point in the review...our burgers came. [review continuation] They were both completely, 100% not even CLOSE to right....she walked away, and after taking a bite, she came back right away after we realized it was the wrong food, and without asking if we wanted it anyways, she just took it, walked away and they went to go remake it. We’re starving by this time...being we've been sitting there with NO food, and empty glasses for almost an entire hour now...she brings us out just our fries in a bowl, then 5 minutes later brings us out just ONE of the wrong burgers...that we took a bite of...and by about 5:30, (note we sat down at 4:28) we finally got our correct food set in front of us...kind of sickly full on greasy fries, and half a half eaten luke warm burger...so we asked for a to-go box the second we got our ACTUAL food...Which she dropped on the ground right in front of us. Food is alright I guess, if you have an hour or 2 to kill. Service is everything...over that entire hour, I never got my water refilled, and also we NEVER got an apology...what a waste of time! I came home and told my roommate Last time I’ll be going to Climate City...and he tells me almost the exact same story, from the last time HE went there...only he waited for them to notice HIM, which took over 22 minutes. I waited 17 minutes before I WENT UP and grabbed my OWN menu. Who knows how long we would've been there if I wouldn't have grabbed my own menu... By the way, there were literally 2-3 tables in the restaurant.

I ordered a burger with fries and I got a tiny burger with a small amount of fries. When the woman came out with my take out order, she said "$14.00 please". I was like " are you serious?? $14.00 for a burger and fries?? I could have went anywhere and got a burger, fries and a drink for a lot less than $14.00! After trying the burger, I realized I could've gotten a better burger and fries at McDonald's!! It was horrible and I wouldn't suggest anyone go there to eat! The food is bland and disgusting. The burger was burnt. Never again for me and that was my first time there!!!

Really like the ambiance and interior setting. Has a good vibe. Good service. Food comes out well prepared. The menu has a lot of choices. The food is pretty good. It's not bad by any stretch, but we weren't blown away. I think it's too salty. The bread sticks were really good, so I'm guessing the pizzas are too. The beer is really good!

Walked in and stood there waiting to be noticed. Another waitress told the greater to turn around and stop talking because people were waiting to be sat down. I asked for the two of us to be sat at the bar, less noise. There were 4 unattented chidren at a table in the dinning area playing with their pizza and he sat us in a table next to them. I asked him again if we could be sat in the bar, it was empty of people, and he moved us to another booth, in the dinning room, 2 tables from the noisy kids.If I had not wanted to try an item on the, menu I would have left.
