Lovely views across the reservoir. Free parking and toilets. Only took around 10/20 minutes to walk around but the views were some of our first in Vancouver and witnessing the scale of the trees and mountains is something special.
A nice location for a walk or bike ride. There is parking and some open grass with benches. The view across the dam is nice and picturesque and you might get to see the rescue helicopter coming and going from the nearby helipad.
The most beautiful trail I’ve ever been and astonishing giant trees!nWow , words are not enough to express how Im feeling.nI strongly recommend all nature lovers to give this trail a shot.
The view of the lake with the mountains in the background is not bad. The dam itself was a little underwhelming in my opinion. The good news is it’s free to enter and it’s about a five minute walk before you see the dam. I’m a little surprised that people actually come here to see this thing to be honest but hey it’s no money and basically hassle free
Better than expected! The dam and the surrounding hiking trails were really great. As a bonus, it wasn't busy on a weekend, so come here if you want to avoid crowds.
