I ate here twice in the last few months. Both times I really enjoyed the food. When you first walk in it may seem like they’re not open mid week lunch The atmosphere is lacking, although they did do a nice Halloween theme last month. Service was above average, they could have checked on us more but they were very friendly when they did. Both times I had the chicken dum biryani. This was delicious and a great amount of food. Also had the chicken coconut which was fantastic, as was the garlic naan. Will come back to try more of the menu
Ordered alloo paratha for next morning breakfast/ told them mildnIt was soo spicy and aloo was really old going blacknRoti not cooked fullynWish I could get Refund for it, sadly I live out if town and leave before they opennnI am sick and have used the washroom sevral times, you guys should pray I dont get food poisoning. Please do not serve this kind of quality for people who give you their time to eat or take out moreover their hard earned money.
I had an amazing dinner at CLAY OVEN GRILL! The atmosphere was cozy , the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was to our liking. I highly recommend trying the Noodles Roll spring roll & All time favorite Tandoori chap , it was cooked to perfection! The flavors were balanced, and the presentation was stunning.
Worst customer service. I complained about the quantity of food because i was regular customer and i knew the quantity and the difference. I talked to 3 people on phone and everyone said that they are managers and owners of the restaurant which was really funny. For 16$ item they said we will check cameras and will give you resolution. If customer is getting any wrong item or quantity that will be customer’s mistake. So PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING AT SUCH PLACE. Because customers dont have access to their cameras .nnReply- Omg !!!! That was more sick if owner talked like that to regular customer -dont come to our store if u dont want. I dont need to give further proofs everyone can see size differences u guys r using n more worse if someone will complaint about QUANTITY they will start doing arguments on COUNTING. We put 13 pieces 13-13 -13 , bro just 4 of ur pieces are visible where are others???????? Oh its tooo smallll? You guys win the arguments. nN bro don’t teach people what is genuine complaint or not, it’s not according to ur thoughts. We asked them can we send photos or bring item back?. They said NO we will check the cameras. Bro for 5-6$ anyone can buy 4-500gm cheese from walmart . What you think customer is lying n u need to check cameras for ur 5-6 pieces????nnWORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .
I had high hopes for this place, but it was a huge letdown. The service was painfully slow, and the staff didn’t seem to care. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce was bland, and the chicken was dry. For the prices they charge, I expected a much better experience. Definitely not coming back.
