Kevin at Classic Custom Framing has been very helpful on a couple of recent occasions. The first time was when I brought in a 1946 Anne Smith watercolour I obtained at a charity silent auction. It was a lovely painting but missing a frame. Kevin constructed one that had a line of colour which matched a similar colour in the painting.

The second occasion was when I brought in a recently purchased Barbara Carr painting with a glass insert. While protecting the artwork, the glass reflected every bit of light sometimes obscuring the picture. Kevin replaced the glass with an insert that minimized any reflections. He also tidied the back of the painting with a new cover.

The prices in both occasions appeared reasonable.
