Clackamas County Crisis Line Department

Ive bever left a review on a business before but I am genuinely appalled with the receptionist at this facility. This is a mental health crisis center and the entire time I was waiting in the lobby with my wife the receptionist were having a very loud conversation about how lazy millenials are, how education shouldn't be available to those that can't afford it, and then a conversation about gagging over baby diapers!?!? This on top of one of the receptionist taking multiple personal calls during that time with a ringtone that was jarring and loud. If this was just about any other type of business I'd be vaguely annoyed but whatever. But to hear this in a crisis center surrounded by people who are struggling to simply get through the day is absolutely appalling. Do better.

Was told at the “Together We Can” event that anyone could call this number if they were concerned for someone etc. called the number out of concern of someone we know, had all the persons info ready address, phone #, DOB as they have been going through a mental breakdown to then be told they can’t help…not even an attempt. This is why people don’t seek help for mental crisis.

They lie. I was told I wouldn't not have to pay and i received a bill for almost $200. if you are low income and are looking for some help try calling around to find an actual free clinic or at least one that doesn't lie about their fees. the only reason I am giving more than one star is because they did help me find help that I can afford.

Use NYC Well 1-888-NYC-WELL They manage to run a line professionally and compassionately. It's possible!

A hilarious joke and waste of time and taxpayer money. Instead of treating people you get the cold shoulder.
