Cash only - ATM inside. This might catch you out but being from Chicago, a lot of places are cash only. Quick service and good ice cream. They do have a large amount of non-dairy options! Nice to grab a small dessert and walk around and window shop. Note a lot of places don’t allow food or drink when shopping.
Cute ice cream shop right in the heart of the Village. Great ice cream but a little pricey. Good service, friendly employees and a nice little porch with tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy your ice cream.
Went 3 times while we were in town. Fast service. Really liked their chocolate shake. Good variety. Great location near park across the street.
Some of the best soft serve ice cream. The blueberry is delightful. Prices off the wall. $6.50 for a soft serve cone and there was a big gap in the cone when they filled it. One scoop of ice cream is over $8.00!!!!!
Went several times during our trip to Bar Harbor! The Vegan ice cream options were so creamy and delicious!!! Chocolate peanut butter amazing! Vanilla blueberry YUM! My husband loved the Almond Joy! These guys know how to make outstanding Vegan ice creams! I’m sure the regular ice creams are amazing as well!
Blueberry soft serve is worth the 4 hour drive!!! And the owner was so kind as to let us in the last day for another round before we left Bar Harbor. Can’t wait to get another this summer!
Got their soft serve blueberry ice cream and a scoop of their Maine blueberry ice cream. I thought they were both pretty good and creamy. The soft serve blueberry was a bit more artificial blueberry flavoring but I still liked it. The scooped blueberry was more of a jam blueberry mixed in the ice cream which my husband does not prefer. He likes the whole blueberries like they do at Cow's Canadian ice cream company. Service was friendly. Prices were steep for ice cream $5.60 a scoop.
Great ice cream, awesome flavors, LOVED the Grapenut Ice cream! There is a tie for best ice cream on the island.....Cj's is right there! Highly recommend!!
These guys were super nice and the ice cream selection was phenomenal! This is the best place to get ice cream in Bar Harbor! They have great outdoor seating and the lines move very quickly. I highly recommend the store – they also have a very well lit and uncluttered store. The view from the ice cream shop makes great people watching, too!
Very good ice cream with lots of different flavors. The one scoop was definitely enough for one person. I got the turtle caramel and it was delicious!
