My experience provides further evidence that this is where to get Ottawa's best tech support. With a machine that powered-on, but seemed otherwise completely unresponsive after my testing, I was at a loss and fearing the worst. Zain performed multiple trial and error experiments, and diagnosed the problem: a faulty video card, combined with a faulty KVM switch, and I was back in business. Excellent experience.
