Canadians everywhere should be ashamed of the poor quality of service offered by the CRA. They are slow to respond, and when they respond, the answer is often incorrect. And then they punish you for the incorrect answer, and threaten you with fines. What a ridiculous system we have in this country.

They closed their customer service desk (formerly accessible from the mall area) but they kept the mail slot to drop off tax papers without needing postage. The slot is on the Laurier side entrance just East of the revolving door.

Business hours need to be listed for the offices. During tax season people need to know when help is available.
