Very nice location. They offer a research centre with additional research services for sale. This archives focus is on Ottawa's history, and includes both community and civic records. They're open five days a week. They also have an art gallery, the building hosts used books sales usually once per month, and they have spaces available to rent useful for a variety of events. The building design is lead green and very open. It shows off the architectural design. There is a small parking lot and there is a bus stop at the corner.
The staff are very rude and the customer service is awful. For being the "Ottawa Branch" of the OGS it offers a very limited selection.
Book sale is ok
