I made an appointment to see a few cats & Christina helped me. I have adopted cats from here in the past & have been satisfied & pleased with my choices. I got a beautiful male cat after 2 months of searching. They took very good care of me even though they don't usually do adoptions.
Easy to access. Free parking. Nice people to deal with. Got my cat trap inspected so I can trap the critters in my garden. shame on the pet owners who let them roam
Lady at reception was very friendly & informative regarding services they perform & offer. This place doesn't usually do adoptions but due to the number of homeless cat's they are offering cat adoptions for under $100 which is a great deal.
Staff were super friendly and even called me to let me know my dog had been found after they saw my post on Facebook YYC Lost Pets. Happy to have my puppers back home safe and healthy
Nicole was absolutely great and was very knowledgable about helping me with my concerns. All the paperwork was completed and I am so grateful that my cats are properly registered.
Missing two cats 2-2-22 Louie and Mr Boots these people are so incredible ,they truly are just the best humans for all that they do to keep all the animals safe . I am very grateful for the kindness they have shown to my family and our fur babies
The staff are sweet and caring, I've had to pick up an old roommate's cat from this place the cat was an outdoor cat and would go to and wait at the grocery store down the road to get pets from absolutely anyone willing to give him attention, and the people working made everything quick and easy to take the little troublemaker home, and it's a much less scary place than one would imagine for an Animal Services Center, you can tell they really care about what they do and the animals they help
Signage for animal services along road as you get closer. Parking lot is easy to navigate and signage on building is clear. Once inside the entry way has multiple employees available to help, and I was instantly greeted and offered assistance. Thanks for all your help. Awesome hardworking people!
This place is the best ran government office I have ever been in. These people are kind, caring and compassionate as well as courteous. Everyone from the front desk gals, to the peace officer who released our cat, the entire staff was very kind and compassionate. Going to such a place is very stressful, and these people take the sting out of that experience. I hope they read this review and know that I am grateful for what they do.
They wouldn’t give me my cat back nor would the officer look at pictures for proof.
