Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch

Eric the branch manager and all staff ant the Grafton Street Location are courteous, professional, and kind. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at all citizens location especially this one for the last 8 years!

Pretty much a waste of time coming here if you have any transactions where you need more than a few thousand. Small branch doesn't have the cash needed on hand. Recommend either a different branch or different bank. Id be worried about my deposits if a bank doesn't have $5000 available on hand to cover checks from depositor accounts. Have never encountered this before

The bank always has 3 employees, of which only 1 can do the job. They told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes for service because the employee needed to take a break, and the other two employees could not do a simple print of a card that I needed. Terrible service, I miss Citizens at Lincoln St in Worcester.

I have always had a very great experience with each teller or person at the Grafton st. branch of Citizens Bank in Worcester. The people change often behind the counter so it is always difficult to adjust to seeing new faces without warning but after all these people are there to do a job during this crisis and they are essential workers . I appreciate all that my bank has to offer in terms of services such as notary, overdraft protection and so much more. Convenient location for me.

Worst bank experience ever. Citizens bank is a shady company and always have been. The manager at this branch, Rich deserves to be fired. He has no sense of customer service. He didn’t care about my complaint and when I said I would close all 3 of my accounts with citizens bank because I was so unsatisfied and upset he said “that’s fine”.nI am upset and disgusted with the way I have been treated by citizen bank and advise anyone with any humanity to not bank with these people.nI am NOT a hard person to please, an apology for the misunderstanding or SOMETHING would’ve went a long way but I couldn’t even get that out of the manager Rich or any of his colleaguesJeffnThe fact that I was treated as if my business didn’t matter to citizen bank is very disappointing and shows what type of company they really are.nYou guys need to hire better employees before Citizen bank is sued YET AGAIN. I will definitely be following up with a lawyer and the better business bureau. I take my life and my money very seriously and will not take this type of treatment lightly.
