I was told by a teller who had one day shift at this branch that I had 2 profiles I never knew that and no idea what he is talking about. Later I have done some follow up to see what was that Lady who opened my acconut was absolutly embarrsed and they dident discolsed what happened exactly. I had lots of issue in log in to online account and finally find out banker, she, entered wrong phone number and some incorrect information in first day when I opened account . someone else has recived my codes and 2 step verifications. later they adviced me to close the account. Hopfully Branch manager was changed , He was professional and responsible otherwise that ladybaker has done more illegal activity such as memorizing SSN and know personal information of clients!
I've been using this bank for about three years now and, honestly, I've never had any issues. The Clerks have always been nothing but incredibly polite and professional, and every time I've spoken to someone about issues with my accounts, they've helped me out without any issues!
The queue is organized by your business at the bank. It made my visit enjoyable and quick.
Teller didn't stop her personal conversation with a co-worker in order to wait on me.
I showed up to this branch to talk to someone about a mortgage loan, 4 days later no call back from anyone. They took my social and some info and that was it. Shame on them.
Always helpful had questions on multiple accounts and Dennis put me in the right direction
