He was honest, genuine and made my day!  I first went to Sophie's in April and it was a bad experience with $150 quote to fix my Seiko watch. I finally got my broken watch back and went to Citi. I told him what I was quoted. He examines my watch, says it's the battery, puts in a new battery and it hasn't stopped ticking! $10. Feel so cheated by Sophie....go to yelp to read more.
