Purchasing an engagement ring and wedding bands, I was completely satisfied and delighted with the jewelry and experience.
 
Referred by a family member, I first visited Aurifex while I was researching engagement rings. Warmly greeted by Margaret, I quickly realized they would cater to my needs and ensure I would be happy with the purchase. Andrew kindly proceeded to educate me on diamonds and took the time to help me articulate what I had in mind and worked within my parameters. 

They ordered in my specifications and built the design exactly as I pictured it – all while keeping within budget. There was no pressure or “sales pitch”, but rather a respectful and friendly atmosphere with a diverse inventory that would fit every price and quality preference. Returning for wedding bands and a few other items since, we continue to receive the same impeccable service.

Buying an engagement ring can be intimidating, but they made the experience stress free and easy. I would highly recommend Aurifex to anyone, as they’re masters of their craft.

Aurifex Jewellers provides excellent customer service and they exemplify honesty and integrity. 

I was given my late grandfather's wedding ring to use for my wedding. The ring was far too large for me and about three times as wide as I wanted it to be. I brought it in to aurifex to get resized and they did a wonderful job of turning it into exactly what I had envisioned. Andrew was very helpful in figuring out dimensions that I would prefer, and was very straightforward in explaining the process and exactly what would happen with the gold. He weighed the ring in front of me and made notes for both of us on how much of the gold he would use, as well as explaining how much would be lost to the process. Once I picked up the ring he gave me the remaining gold and again weighed it out in front of me, and explained the math used to determine what was left over. 

Overall I was extremely pleased with the service from all the staff at Aurifex. Their honesty and helpfulness made the experience enjoyable and as a result I will definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs I have.

Great people! Made us feel like family. Worked with our budget. Made my wife a beautiful ring set that she was very happy with. Can't say enough good things recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I walked out of this store feeling fantastic!  The jewellery I purchased was unique and I hadn't seen anything like it in other stores.  The friendly service and great attention to detail was amazing and the owners helped me find exactly what I was looking for.  I've been back a few times for anniversary and Christmas presents.  If you're looking for something special, don't bother with the mall jewellers - come get personal service and something one of a kind.
