I had a flat tire right at the start of my ride on a cold morning. I was so lucky to be just a block away from the Cit-E-Cycles shop on West Broadway. The man in the shop happily agreed to change my tire and took the time to discover a puncture and pull out the small bit of glass from the tire.  Such good service!

Staff are rude and condescending. Purchased a bike here and have experienced nothing but terrible customer service since. Take your business elsewhere to a business that cares.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I purchased my bike from the Langley location and received fabulous service. Since moving to Kits I have been to the Vancouver location twice and both times I could not have been treated better. As a bonus, it is a fun place to visit! Thank you for all your help Cit-E-Cycles.

My friend and I went to this store to test ride some bikes.  Doug, the store manager, was great.  Easy to talk to.  Very knowledgeable.  Easy going.  We both ended up buying bikes from Cit-e Cycle.  Very positive experience.

Doug was super helpful whilst helping me choose which ebike to get. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, gave great honest advice, and was very patient with my indecisiveness!! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re thinking about getting one!
