Giant/Liv make brilliant bikes that are usually a better value than Trek or Specialized. Shout-out to James in the service centre and Alessandro for his expert advice and refreshing approach to sales. My Giant Defy is one of my favourite bikes I've ever ridden and my partner is thrilled with her new Liv Avail. ‍

Went in for an issue with my Giant bicycle today and the representative fit me in without an appointment and addressed the issue for free. I love my Giant bicycle and the excellent service makes it that much better. Thank you!
