Most of the people working on cash are super friendly and informative. Good spot to stop for gas or a snack, but busy there though. There’s a bit much going on for one location and only one in and out exit ever being open to customers. The sit in restaurant food is pretty good grub, service is decent too and the take out pizza isn’t too shabby either.
Convenience store that is almost a grocery store. It is stock with tons of items, and almost anything you need for the road you can find here. We stopped in twice for drinks and a new pair of sunglasses. If you were on the highway, this is a great place for a quick stop. As a plus, the bathrooms are also very clean.
We are not hard to please by any means, but how bad is it to get a smile or a welcome, or just felt welcome, today we walked into Irving Big Stop restaurant Deer Lake and greeted with disappointment. The two women working seemed as though they would like to be anywhere else but there. So sad. So we went across the street and enjoyed the pleasure, of Cormack Cafe. Just walking in we felt welcome and not a struggle to smile. Big stop you have forgotten how to serve customers.
Great circle k. Lots of bakery and food items. Good selection of coffee, soda, snacks, even fruit, hot dogs, etc. Clean restrooms.
