Great place, reasonably priced and very clean. Outside pool and common room included with smaller bedroom. If you have a group this is a great option. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. There is also a continental breakfast in the morning.
This place has really gone downhill in recent months. The menus advertise new items they never have in stock. The front line staff are annoyed to serve you if you want anything but a momma burger with fries and a root beer, and the drivethru sign is falling apart. Don't ask for changes like no mustard. They don't know how to punch it in. But props to the kitchen guys, they're energetic and fast, and if the front line girls have wandered off yet again, the boys are happy to serve you and get your order right.
Poor service - waited 20 minutes for two classic breakfasts that were not worth the wait. Restaurant, especially washrooms, were so dirty we decided not to use them. Staff were arguing with each other and customers loudly.nnStore was out of creamer, hash browns, most juice etc.
Poor service at drive thru, gentleman barely spoke. Precariously balanced my bags atop one another in high winds almost dropping onennWhen I got home the whole wheat toast was as you see. I understand mix-ups especially if busy but a customer shouldn't be given burnt foodnnAttempted to call the site to speak to a manager but nobody would answer the phone
The foods great and the staff are very nice. I just wish I could order ahead on the A&W app, and use some of the offers on it.
