First of all the staff is amazing and so nice, Kim (apparently the manager) has a mother tone that may come off as rude but when your too dumb to look to see if there's not enough buns well. . . And her informing you it's a two minute wait? My god crucify the women I say. Well Miss supreme overlady J let tell you something YOU ARE NOT THE CENTER OF ATTENTION, children are starving but my goodness a two minute wait the world is bloody ending. To dear sweat (and completely an utterly stupid sk) what the hell? like were you born yesterday? It doesn't matter how you pay, the machines literally don't care, like how needy for attention are you that you must be asked how you're paying. The only places I've been asked how I'm paying is a bloody restaurant, is Cinnabon a restaurant? Not the last time I checked, move on she gave you the food and a refund not her fault you're a petty scammer. To K EB you bun was not raw otherwise you would have posted a photo of the damn bun and not some stupid table, get over yourself. The Cinnabon's themselves are great but the staff is horrible. I stopped by a few weeks ago and left due to an unfriendly and rude employee named Kim. I tried again today to stop off and enjoy a cinnamon bun with my family. I asked for two large cinnamon buns and the employee: Kim responded "no" I said "pardon" she pointed to the bin that only had one in it and said "no" I asked if there were any coming out and she said "yes it's a 2 minute wait" really? Kim is very rude and long as she's working there I won't be buying anything.

Horrible place that rips people off. Served an deformed Cinnabon half the size of a normal one. Kiki or Nikki at the front counter doesn’t know how to deal with customers and shouldn’t be working in retail.

Got a box of 4 got home to realise that they smelt aweful and after cutting into 1 discovering that is was still raw

'cooled and ready to go' must be a slogan because they must be yesterday's leftovers - stale!!! Check your receipts before you leave because I got charged for something I just asked the price of.
