This cinema has been around for like forever. The restaurants around them in the plaza have changed some but the Cineplex is still the anchor tenant. My first time visiting this cinema was way back in 1999. I rarely come here now as I have a Cineplex very close to my house. But I wanted to try the VIP seats / experience which my neighbourhood Cineplex does not have. I really enjoyed the entire VIP experience from end to end. It was very comfy and cozy in a sense that reminds me of flying Business Class or Prestige Class on a train or Ship. The lounge chair can be completely reclined 180 degrees It can feel like a bed and there is a seat warmer as well. Like I said before, it resembles a Business Class seat period. The food was top shelf. My party ordered tacos, pepperoni pizza and chicken fingers with a Ginger Beer. I have to admit that I was surprised by the quality of the food. Maybe it was because I was not expecting too much? Anyways, I found the food to be fresh, delicious and flavourful. The staff were friendly and attentive. I give that whole team 5 STARS. My only con is that I wish there was a button or a more efficient method to summon someone when you wish to order food and drinks or to simply ask for your plate and utensils to be removed etc...you catch my drift right? The price that you spend matches the service and experience that you will receive IMHO. A++ experience for me all the way and I will definitely return for some more VIP movie action later on.
Going to the movies changed a lot since before the pandemic. Yes, you pay prime depending on which option you choose, but it's worthed! However, there are these people who go to the movies that give you stress instead of a worry free environment. I am talking about my experience, and while the movie is playing, there is this lady in front of me whom she's constantly on her phone, that brightness is blinding! And the fact that she was on her phone the whole time the movie was playing. They should enforce NO PHONE POLICY during movie time. Otherwise, stay home! Anyways, buying tickets and picking up the snack all is good. The place is a little busy, but it's expected, especially during the holiday.
Had a great time in the VIP section. There ample amount of parking available. Once inside there’s a small arcade to enjoy as well. The vip section is completely separate from the main theather. The bathroom is clean and modern. Once inside, theres a bar & lounge area. The theatre room itself had temperature control cold and hot recliner seats! You must arrive earlier if you want to order food from your seat. The menu has a variety of options, Tuesday is Taco night! They bring the food, popcorn & drinks to your seat. Overall, really enjoyed the experience watching a movie here.
Good place for VIP cinema. I like the food and drinks. Good location and lots of parking. Came here twice during the holidays and the machine to accommodate gift cards are NOT working. We’ve been told that twice within two weeks span that GC are not acceptable. We got this GCs from the holidays to enjoy them. Can you fix this ASAP, extremely inconvenient to patrons! Managers heads up!!
Good place for entertainment. Good 3D effect, however, I don’t feel good Sound effect compre to Mississauga and Wogahn.
Good cinema, clean and easily navigated. The seats are a bit small but I am quite a bit bigger than average so it's to br expected. Food was a little pricy for just popcorn and coke but it's how they make money so it's understandable. Lots of parking available and wasn't super packed on a Friday night. Great location
Everything about the VIP theatre experience is perfect, bartenders are friendly and the food is always hot and delicious. The lounge area is lit quite bright by the lighting, there aren’t windows for natural light at matinee shows. The VIP lounge isn’t completely separate from the regular theatre, with two or three theatres behind a glass barrier. The viewing experience is perfect. Order food and drinks at your seats; Seats that fully recline and heat with an arm rest that goes up between two seats, great for an intimate cozy date. Staff keeps everything clean and runs orders quickly. Really just needs a better lounge For VIP.
VIP section $42 reserve online and sit in heated reclining chairs. Served at your seats with amazing servers! Free game of pool before our movie started. Perfect place for a date under $100! January 24, pool no longer free. Had a great time again.
All of the staff that I interacted with today were friendly, chatty and smiling. Theatre was clean, popcorn freshly popped and auditorium 9 was very comfy. Looks like new black leather seats have replaced the older blue ones. Perfect temperature as well.
Fantastic dinner and movie experience! The fishbowl drinks are HUGE, definitely need two people to finish we had a lot of laughs about it!. The sangria and chicken tenders were surprisingly very good. Would highly recommend, it's hard to go back to regular seats after this!
