I had a great experience at this theater! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The seats were comfortable with a good view from every angle, and the sound and picture quality were excellent. The theater was clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. Concession options were decent, and service was quick. Overall, a great place to enjoy a movie or show—I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.
Only one person is taking order. Others are just idle. A trainee guy attended good.nnThe security girl and guy were chit chatting with a glass of free Coke and Pop corn from Canteen without minding the customers.nnDidnt expect this type of customer support from Cineplex chain. Educate your staff not to eat Free food from your own canteen in front of customers without helping them first.
Great screens, good food, comfortable seats...and the sound quality was good too.
Good movie theatre, welcoming staff. Watched Gladiator II, enjoyed the movie with a few people around. Time well spent.nThanks Cineplex Courtney Park!
