I am thirty-eight years old and have been going to this theatre for most of my life. It was a disappointment and an inconvienence when showtimes were removed from the sign board on East River road. I tried to use the website and the app to keep abreast of what was playing and when, but it was very difficult to navigate and unintuitive. I am someone who successfully works in tech trades and graphic design, so if it's not eady for me, how does your average person fair? Now the movie posters are removed from the outside of the building. There are no titles or showtimes physically posted anywhere on the property aside from inside the building. This is short sighted, inconvienent and dare I say intentionally exclusive of any customer who isn't tech savvy or carrying a smart device. The cost associated with physical signage can't possibly out-weight the lost revenue from alienated or un-enticed customers. Given the financial hit suffered from the pandemic, you think efforts would be made to entice customers, not make it harder for them to give you their money.
Movie was great .. seats are comfortable. However, a group of 7 ladies decided to go to the show. Some booked online .. some grabbed tickets before supper & some paid on the way in…..we all had different seats in different rows in the theatre! . There should be a way to block off a number of seats ….
Has gotten quite expensive since the last time we've been here. But still an enjoyable evening out. Very friendly service always. Always clean.
2nd time here in one month, it was freezing, asked if air conditioning could be turned down a little, no problem, they turned it down, half hour later freezing again. Called box office, of course you don’t get anyone, left message.

I don’t normally right reviews, but we travelled up from Truro tonight, to watch “Jurassic World Dominion” The Staff and facilities were fantastic! The Manager on duty walking around was so pleasant and professional, something you don’t see a lot of nowadays! See you again very soon …
It was a good experience, first movie at the New Glasgow Cineplex, seating could be made more comfortable!
Friendly staff, good food and a clean theatre.
Nice theater. Lower prices needed to get the seats filled. Use to go to movies once or twice a month, now once or twice a year.
