Went in for "subtle highlights", showed a picture that was looked at for 4 seconds. I am now completely blonde.. which I do not want to be and definitely did not ask to be. Disappointed and very upset I spent $200 on that.

Very friendly, bright and clean. Tried a few places in Toronto and wasn't happy. Found Cinelli and Diana. Very pleased with her styling. Would highly recommend Cinelli.
