Most of their staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Harshpreet. But Marie is quite the opposite. When you greet her, she might just ignore you. When she needs to you sign, she would say "Sign here" with a "Commanding Tone". Seriously? I know you might have been working in the service sector for too long, I don't blame you for being bored with your job, but just a tiny smile would really make your customers feel appreciated. I love CIBC but looks like I might have to go to other close by CIBC branch instead.
