CIBC Branch & ATM

I drove an hour to get to this bank the one close to me can't guarantee me my euro money within a week or two but this one had some. I walked in stood in line overheard this guy taking to the teller he ask him how much the euro was he told the guy it was at 151 to get 1 euro And I double checked and ask him he was sending money to Greece, then my turn is up at the teller now the rate is 153. I told the teller I talked to that guy and over heard then he tells me the guy is going to Greece I LOL then told him it all the same its Euro. I needed it so I paid, YOU WANT TO SCAM YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ONE MANAGER CAME HEARD WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND LEFT FOR THE TELLER TO TELL ME THERE Excuses. PLUS PLUS PLUSnHad a locked in RRSP that open years ago 30 years ago moved it around then decided to cash it in, everything was in my name, CIBC TOLD ME I NEED TO HAVE MY SPOUSE SIGN THE FORMS TO GET MY MONEY OUT. I LOL again I said what the fxxk does she have to do with my money sure we been Dating for 15 years. All I can say is I'm done with CIBC after 40 years, never would I ever invest in anything nothing is yours you think it is. Very BAD business you suck CIBC

Worst customer service I've ever seen. I deposited a government issued cheque 4 days ago. Today, just before Easter weekend, they 'returned' the cheque. 6 hours of calling and they have no answers. Told to contact the government to issue a new cheque. Now my account is in deficit for the easter weekend.

Friendly staff willing to help with what ever you need. Has an entrance from main street pembroke and from the rear parking lot.

Horrible slow workers. Just moved from Alberta and must say this is the slowest CIBC I have ever went to. Normally I spend 5 to 10 minutes in ANY CIBC but with downtown pembroke prepare to spend 25 to 40 minutes waiting in line. Not to mention they are only open Monday to Friday. I work Monday to Friday and can honestly say I can't even go to the bank to take money out because it would take me 30 minutes just to speak to someone. I have to say I will be switching banks now that I live here because I just can't deal with it anymore. Hopefully you guys can hire some more staff and maybe open another cibc that would be helpful....

whats with the hours? i literally have to skip work to make it since I'm in Petawawa and get off work at 430.... I can only drive so fast during peak traffic. it's like they just want me to get TD
