Ive been a client of CIBC for years. Called this branch because I moved to this area. Asked for help with opening an estate account and the manager refused to help and told me to go to the bank were my deceased father banked. Other CIBCs had no problem booking me in to open the account. I have all the paperwork needed to open an account and have been dealing with lawyers for 2 years prior to this. Very disappointed in the service of this location.
Terrible experience. Too bad, Too rude. I went to Yorkton CIBC today to open an account,the advisor I met behaved with me like an enemy. She was just rude. I felt that I went to a wrong place. ,I met her first time. I don't ever suggest anyone to go there especially the advisor I met. I pray to CIBC to give training to the staff how to behave with people. I strongly disappointed with the experience. I never had such a experience from anywhere still now. Total disappointed with the appointment.Too bad experience. I will recommend my friends or whoever I meet not to go there and if you still want to go then don't meet this advisor. If you meet her you will lose your day.
