Sold my business to a willing buyer. Except his bank was totally incompenent. Sale documents to BOM end of June with a Sept 1 2022 close date. They could not get it done and created so much chaos. Never. Never. trust this bank. They did not know what they are doing. Poor Service. Poor Communication. Poor knowledge of lending requirements. They screwed up everything for all parties involved. No Stars but had to give ONE just to post.
As much as I like going to this branch in yorkton instead of the one closest to me in melville because they kept making mistakes there and the confidentiality is not there. So I choose to go here . But unfortunately I have to give this review. I've been trying to get ahold of the agriculture lending people and it's been nothing but a nightmare the person who was in charge of my file who was supposed to help me get a farm loan has completely failed me. Refuses to answer the phone and does not phone back after many voice-mails have been left . Very disappointing thinking coming to yorkoton would be better but no its been a mess. Can't get ahold of anyone at the branch let alone the agriculture representative they were sent home to work after Christmas cause of "covid" I think that was the worst mistake they could've done. Its been almost 2 weeks and I haven't gotten a call or email from the ag guy who told me he would send me the information I need to give him. But nope can't get ahold of him at all. Been left with nothing . If this doesn't get straightend out within this week im pulling my accounts outve bmo and going to a different bank all together. This is ridiculous I shouldn't have to wait like this and be left in the dark its disgusting. For someone who has a big title "ag senior relationship manager" sure seems like he can't fill those shoes for that job. I've had nothing but problems at bmo in melville thinking coming to yorkton would be better. So far its not been. Very disappointing really wish these so called ag managers would realize people like us don't have time to wait a week or two for a response it has to be done in a timely manner. Not like this. Beyond disappointed.
I tried to call this bank of my location regarding to my account for emergency need and never get an answer for two days even thier website customer service phone and message are automated answer machine. worst experience in this bank. what you think i feel? i am happy? b s!
