Excellent food. Good prices. I had the two meat combo with the stewed chicken and roast pork and PR rice. The house dressing for the salad was good as well. So good. Also got the maduros sweet bananas to go and those were excellent too.
It's my fifth time here and the food is unbelievably delicious.. The pork, papa rellena, the salad and fried plantains are always my favorite. The owner, who runs register is very friendly, patient and some of the best customer service I've experienced. Defenetly recommend.
The sides and entrees were absolutely delicious. I have eaten at many Puerto Rican restaurants all over the world and this one is top notched compared to the other many Puerto Rican restaurants. Such a fabulous restaurant I recommend to all my family and friends.
OMG! The food was delicious! Exceeded my expectations for sure! I loved EVERYTHING about this place and I'm so thankful to have a Puerto Rican Restaurant close to home!! The service was great, very generous portions at an affordable price. We'll be back very soon! Definitely recommend*****
The owner was awesome. We asked for information or recommendations on what to eat… she explained what everything was and was very welcoming! We appreciated her help and the food was delicious! Great atmosphere. I’d definitely visit that restaurant again. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options
Very friendly staff and owners, excellent service and awesome food I got the Steak Jibarito, Tostones and a Cheesecake Gauva and CoffeeFood: 5/5
Really awesome food and service. The staff was very polite and it's in a nice spot in downtown Aurora
Let me start out with the food is fantastic. I would give this place more stars on the food alone but the service was beyond slow. It detracted from the whole experience and when i asked for the third time for our check i was met with excuses and arrogance. Just because you can cook doesn’t mean you can run a restaurant. Telling someone ill get your check in the next 10 minutes is preposterous. Order take out because the foods really good. Don’t sit down in here. the what i assume is the owner needs to grow up before it becomes an inviting place to eat.
Love going here for their PR Rice and chicken. Everything is always so we'll seasoned and has great flavor. Food always comes out hot and we never have to wait very long. The owners are so kind and friendly. It can get busy during the weekend but it's worth the wait. Prices are high but that's what you get for quality food and ingredients. Vegetarian options: There's a section for vegetarian options as well as gluten free options on the menu. It's a small section but the size of the food is large.
Our little 3-person family visited Chupacabra Puerto Rican Kitchen on Saturday evening, 10/22/22. It's been over 10 years since I've been able to have the food of my heritage and they did not disappoint. The food was flavorful and mouth-watering. The service was a little slow, but they are currently understaffed and let us know when we arrived. Our drinks and food still arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the staff was friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. The atmosphere was light, cheerful, and spacious for the downtown location. They had Latin music playing which I couldn't stop chair-dancing to. I felt like I was back in my Aunt or Grandmother's kitchen with the amazing smells, music and laughs. We enjoyed our experience so much that will are returning this evening with a friend. I'm so very thankful that they are in the area. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Kid-friendliness: There were several families there with children of varying ages, including us. There isn't a children's menu per say, but if you are coming here you are coming for the flavor. Parking: There is a sizeable open air parking lot behind the building accessible from the rear exit or by walking around the side of the building Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp leading to the front door and the rear exit is level with the sidewalk.
