Miracle workers! William and his team were kind caring and amazing at their craft. Plus very environmentally friendly. I came in with a big highlight disaster and he was able to figure out how to fix it so I could go in public again. As I was there for a long time they even offered me food. I love Will and the team at Chrome! I have been going to Chrome Spa for over 10 years. I simply show up and Will creates a perfect color and haircut for me. I have never been disappointed. Great experience here! Had a blowout and bang trim done with Kristen and it was one of the best I've ever had. She did an amazing job and took her time to make sure everything was perfect and to my liking. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.

I had a haircut today with Flint. He was absolutely amazing since minute one I met him. He sat with me, asked me what I wanted and went over the options with me to help me get a different look. His service was impeccable and very professional. I loved his caring energy!

Will is the best! He's been cutting my hair for 14 years and I won't go to anyone else. He always does a fantastic job, engages with all the customers, and keeps a clean and well maintained salon. I love the plants in the entrance too!

Sierra is AMAZING. The best haircut I’ve ever received and she was incredibly nice and accommodating from the beginning and made an effort to get to know me. Everyone in this salon made me feel comfortable immediately and I left very happy with the result. 10/10 would recommend!

The atmosphere of this salon is so welcoming the staff is very friendly! They are always willing to fit in an appointment even when it is calling last minute. They are right on top on calling back if there is a cancelation to move your booking up. I make appointments with Sierra and I am always so pleased with her work for my hair services whether it is a style, haircut, color, lightening, or even product knowledge she knows her stuff!

Worst treatment ever ! I would not recommend going there for keratin treatment, i don’t see any changes to my hair and i saw the offer on groupon but the lady said no my owner won’t allow to purchase from groupon but we can get you the same price end up charging extra $25 for nothing. I did not see her applying any keratin products on my hair except washing & pressing. Just a waste of time and money..Service: Keratin treatments

People with allergies listen up! This salon and the whole team were amazing. Sierra took great care to keep the bleach off my skin to prevent me from having a reaction. She gave me the most beautiful hair. I even got bright cheerful colours added as well as a brilliant cut! I highly recommend this salon and plan to return.Services: Hair coloring
