Spent over 200$ and I absolutely hate my hair!!! I'm not one to be rude or confrontational but I've never been more disappointed! I had my baby shower the next day and people kept asking me when I was getting my hair done and I kept telling people it was done and was told I should go back and get my money back because the cut looks butchered and my colour sucks. I went in with visible roots and came out with the roots still being lighter then the rest of my hair, I didn't want layers and I got layers everywhere. I will be going to the store once they are opened to see if I can get a refund.

Avoid at all cost. Dishonest and incompetent staff. You pay for electrolysis session and the ''esthetician'' uses a tweezer to remove hair instead of doing a good job, so you have to come back and pay for more sessions.

Service was rushed, the stylist was extremely rude and told me she only had twenty minutes. After I told her that I wanted atleast four inches off my hair, she told me that she was red going to do that. She took off 1/4 of an inch and then she assumed she was done. I said I wanted layers in my hair so her solution was to pull it all above my head and cut it in one swift motion leaving me with big chunks in my hair. The whole process took five minutes and I've never been more disappointed or unsatistfied with a hair cut. I now have to go to a different salon to get a real haircut and I most certainly won't be returning to this one.

Rapide, coupes simples, prix un peu élevés. Ce n'est jamais rien qui dépasse les attentes. Pour avoir essayé un barbier dernièrement qui pouvait faire du très beau travail de découpage autour du visage et au bas de la nuque, je suis laissé un peu sur mon appétit avec le service un peu trop de base de ce salon.
