They are the worst hair dressers in all of Gatineau. You ask blonde they give you black. You ask for a bleach they make your hair purple and orange. Worst service ever. Do NOT go here if you like your hairService: Hair coloring

Spent over 200$ and I absolutely hate my hair!!! I'm not one to be rude or confrontational but I've never been more disappointed! I had my baby shower the next day and people kept asking me when I was getting my hair done and I kept telling people it was done and was told I should go back and get my money back because the cut looks butchered and my colour sucks. I went in with visible roots and came out with the roots still being lighter then the rest of my hair, I didn't want layers and I got layers everywhere. I will be going to the store once they are opened to see if I can get a refund.

Avoid at all cost. Dishonest and incompetent staff. You pay for electrolysis session and the ''esthetician'' uses a tweezer to remove hair instead of doing a good job, so you have to come back and pay for more sessions.

Have been going there for many years now. Like my second family. I love them all but Sonia is my girl.

I wouldn’t recommend that place. My hair turned orange the day after I called the salon to get another appointment to fix the colour the receptionist said the stylist will call you back and she never did.
