Great place to have lunch outside enjoying the sun, fresh air, and nature within the city. What a great memorable day of tobogganing down some great hills here in the park. You can even walk your dog here and the park is so big you can go for a jog with your pet if you would like to do so. There are some fair sized trees here that are great to admire and you can hear the wind blowing through the leaves as they change colors throughout the year.

Awesome view of the downtown skyscrapers in an open park. Features a baseball diamond and small outdoor skating rink.

It's an amazing park both in winter and summer! Has a pool with a slide and diving board and also has a splash pad for the kids and a very nice playground. For the winter they open up the skating rink early

Washrooms seasonally, lots of events, close to the subway, friendly people. There is a big pool with a slide and an ice rink for hockey. BEST park. Very underrated.

Love this park! It's a blend of many different types of people and events. You can catch a baseball game further in the north, or attend many of the festivals that are held throughout the spring and summer. Love the Korean cultural event! The food is great so bring a few dollars and most importantly, your appetite :D. One of my favourite events are the Movies after Dark for the "Christie Pits Film Festival". Donations are suggested, which majorly helps fund the yearly event. Get there early and grab your spot for a good view. Bring a blanket and some food/buy some food from the local venders. Recently, there have also been food trucks that attend for the evening before the show. Sweet!
