Christian Credit Union LTD

I love the values and morals of this credit union but they are impossible to get a hold of. I swear there's no one answering phones ever. My wallet was stolen on the 16th of December and the thief used my tap feature to spend over $300 of my money. There is no 'report your card lost or stolen' button on the app so I watched as my balance went lower and lower because I had to wait till the branch opened to inform them of the theft. I tried every number I could find and no one answered. Eventually I e-transfered my remaining balance to an alternate account but the damage was done. It is now January 11th and although they assured me I would get my money back within a week, I have received none. I do not recommend banking here if the security of your money is important to you.

Very poor service, app doesn't work, useless hours. Basically if you have a day job don't bank with them because they are closed anytime you aren't working.

Very poor service. Staff are always "away from the office today". Takes months for them to get back to you
