Christ's Household of Faith

A psychological kind of prison for cult victims which some try passing off as simply a religious commune. The list of pros and cons differs for different people associated with this place. I hope the best for the women and children who have been associated with it, and the men too. Fortunately, for the new and innocent generation(s) and individuals residing and growing up there, this place has an incredibly dark history, which is mostly in the past; I'm sure it can not be found in any history book. This place is one of the left over communes from the sixties and seventies, which, early on, evolved as a radically religious cult (i.e. the "leader," Don Alsbury, claims to be "God's prophet"). It is also a site where very much physical, sexual, and above all, psychological abuse has taken place--and at times found a home--in the last half-century. The main victims of abuse have been women and children, at the hands of the men who were, or still are, the Patriarchal members of Christ's Household of Faith , aka CHOF. Saint Paul as a city has failed to provide justice for the many victims for decades. Victims of past sexual abuse should look into "The Child Victims Act." The psychotic cult leaders should be held responsible for past abuse they've taught, encouraged, allowed, etc: Donald Alsbury & Vernon Harms.
